Today there are plenty products and gimmicks to losing belly fat. The abs this or the abs that. Which one really works is the question you may ask yourself? But losing your stomach is not as hard as you might think and you don't need all those work out gadgets just a simple program that works perfectly if done right.

What is this program that you're talking about? Actually it is a combination of eating healthy and old fashion techniques like: Floor crunches. Adding this routine to your daily regiment will help you lose that stomach fast.

First with the diet you have to incorporate eating low-fat proteins and carbohydrates. This will give your body the necessary nutrients it needs to help burn fat. The more your body can convert what you eat into energy the more fat you can burn. This leads us to the crunches?

Crunches help to work the abdominal muscles so that the stomach can become firm and tight. If done properly, these exercises will produce excellent results fairly quickly.

The best way to do floor crunches is lie down on the floor and put your hands beside your head, brings your knees together and place your feet flat on the floor about a foot from your hips. Then start by pushing your lower back down and roll your shoulders up. Note: don't lock your hands behind your head. Keep your knees and hips on the floor. Push down as hard as you can with your lower back. Your shoulders should only come off the ground a few inches. Take your time don't go to fast because you want this exercise to be effective.
