One of the biggest questions that people ask is what physical fitness is better to gain muscle in a particular area of the body. Now, there is no easy answer. People are different, and if something works for me does not mean that works for you automatically. So what's the answer?
The large compound exercises generally work well, but for beginners it is not always the case and it takes a while for newcomers to get the hang of it.
So what then? If you are a beginner or do not know what the right approach, then you should stick to what works for you. If something works for luxury then do not change because someone is a different exercise for that body part. As I said people are different and our body reacts to different exercises.
For example I must have a high degree of press for my chest to my work upper chest while the other guys do not, it's just how my body works. So stay close, listen to your body, most of the time your body is straight.
Sometimes you hate to use the favorite. So catch your favorite exercises, but to mix them with a couple of new and some of them grow on you.
I know that sometimes starting a new exercise is not something I want to do, but only benefit from the addition of a new exercise to your old foundation of the exercises you like and before you know the new exercise is a favorite .
