It 's a fact that we all want to gain muscle as quickly as possible. In this article I will discuss bodybuilding workout routine that has been shown to increase muscle mass faster.
All children who attend the gym main objective is to improve their physique does everything to ensure that they receive the muscle as quickly as possible. You buy all the expensive meal replacement, dietary supplements and energy drinks. They do weight exercises all the sophisticated machines in the gym, but there is a great thing.
All these expensive meal replacements, supplements and sophisticated fitness machines are useless if you do not follow the programs of strength training, which allows you to quickly develop muscles. The routines that I think are all here together. They are called compound exercises.
compound exercises use more than one muscle group to the destination. So they placed more emphasis on the muscles that the exercises used by only one large muscle group. If you do compound exercises with free weights will also increase muscle mass more quickly. The reason for this is when using free weights is necessary to guide and stabilize the weight the same, where the machines will guide and stabilize the weight. In this way you can promote muscle growth more so when you make your bodybuilding workout routine with free weights. I'm not saying that the machines do the exercises are bad. These machines are very tired single muscle group but the majority of muscle growth you need to do compound exercises with free weights.
Here is a list of compound exercises and muscle groups are stimulated accordingly.
Bench Press - chest, shoulders, triceps
Squats - legs and lower back
Pull-up - back and biceps
Bar Dips - chest, shoulders and arms so
Dead lifts - legs, back and shoulders
